If you’re in need of a highly qualified family dentist in Lexington, KY, look no further than the team at Lange, Rider & Reynolds. We proudly serve residents throughout the area with our large selection of dental services including cleanings, whitening, veneers, implants, bridges, crowns, and restorations. We also offer a variety of treatment plans and appliances for sleep apnea and snoring, as well as TMJ jaw pain. Locally owned and operated, we have been providing dental care since 1962 and are always happy to welcome both new and returning patients.

Dental School: University of Kentucky College of Dentistry
Dr. Rider grew up in Lexington and attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate and dental degree, graduating in 1981. In 1989, Dr. Rider completed a five-year Postdoctoral Program in Comprehensive Dentistry. He has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education courses with an emphasis on restoration dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge reconstruction, occlusion and TMJ disorders. He and his wife, Alicia, have three children, Laura Beth, Jason and Ben. In his free time, Dr. Rider enjoys boating and playing the drums for his band.
Dr. Rider is a member of the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, and the Blue Grass Dental Society. He has attended all Continuums at the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Dr. Billy Reynolds grew up in the southeastern area of the state, graduating from Prestonsburg High School. After deciding coal mining was not the career of choice, he attended Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky to complete his undergraduate studies. Billy graduated from the University of Kentucky, College of Dentistry in 1989. He lives in the Lexington area with his wife, Lois, and stepdaughter, Aly.
He is active in the Blue Grass Dental Society, having served as chairman of various committees, the Kentucky Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Billy has also worked with Special Olympics, the Kentucky Dental Health Coalition, Kentucky State Fair and the Lexington Children Museum performing oral screenings for children. Billy has attended all Continuums at the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida. He is a member of the Spear Study Club and a Faculty Club member of Spear Education.

Dr. Coleman Slone has been practicing at the dental offices of Lange, Rider & Reynolds since 2019. He is a Lexington native, and is a proud graduate of the Sayre School Class of 2008, attending Sayre for both middle and upper school. After completing his undergraduate studies at Elon University, Dr. Slone attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry for his dental education.
He is an active member of the Bluegrass Dental Society, Kentucky Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Slone volunteers his time at the Mission Lexington Dental Clinic and at Christ Church Cathedral.
He is married to Dr. Taylor McFadden (also a dentist) and they enjoy gardening, hiking, camping, and attending to their two pugs Pappy and Louis.
